| I bought a 5kg ham for Christmas. For four people on Christmas Day. So I had to get creative with the leftovers. This was Ham and Leek Cobbler and it was delicious. Used some leeks my old flatmate gave mefrom her garden and added heaps more ham and veggies. Despite that, still had 2 kgs left to freeze! |
